About the role
The Restaurant Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel’s dining venues. Working on‑site in Giza, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations and ensure smooth seating flow to enhance the overall dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
- Handle phone and online reservations, confirming bookings accurately.
- Coordinate with the service team to seat guests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized waiting list and manage table turnover.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any immediate concerns.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries.
