Restaurant Manager – Specialty Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, guest‑focused Restaurant Manager to lead the specialty restaurant at voco Cairo Arabella Plaza. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect the voco personality and IHG service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the specialty restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach and develop the restaurant team to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain food quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene in line with IHG brand standards.
• Monitor guest feedback, respond promptly and drive continuous improvement.
• Increase restaurant sales through upselling, promotions and guest engagement initiatives.
• Control operating expenses, inventory and beverage costs while minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Events, Sales and Marketing teams for promotions and special events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety and licensing regulations.
• Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge and service skills.
• Oversee evening operations and night events, coordinating with all operational departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, hotel management or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a luxury or upscale hotel.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent guest‑service mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
