About the role
The Restaurant Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our dining venue located in The Nox Mall, New Cairo. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that service standards, food quality and guest satisfaction are consistently met in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Organise staff schedules, manage inventory and oversee daily operational procedures.
- Implement and uphold health, safety and hygiene regulations.
Required profile
- Proven supervisory and leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations, quality control and service standards.
- Organisational and problem‑solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Adaptable, teamwork‑oriented mindset in a dynamic hospitality setting.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly preferred.
