About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Waiter to join our team at Kempinski in Safaga, Egypt. The successful candidate will serve food and beverages to guests, delivering courteous, professional and efficient service that reflects Kempinski’s standards and values.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to hotel policies, fire safety, hygiene regulations and HACCP standards.
- Manage and delegate tasks within the service team to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain product and service quality, and seek opportunities to generate additional business.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as a waiter, preferably in an international luxury five‑star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Egyptian nationality (as indicated by “Egyptian Only”).
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
