About the role
The Retail Beauty Trainee will support sales, customer service and daily store operations for Rimmel & Max Factor in Cairo. You will develop product knowledge and retail skills while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Support sales targets through effective selling and service.
- Maintain product displays, stock availability and store standards.
- Assist with promotions, product launches and brand activations.
Required profile
- Previous beauty retail experience.
- Passion for cosmetics and makeup.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales‑oriented, proactive and team‑oriented attitude.
- Good English proficiency.
- Availability for a 3‑month contract, including weekends and flexible store locations.
