Retired Officer – Project Planning Lead

About the role

Square (S.A.E) is seeking a seasoned Retired Officer to join its on‑site team in Cairo. This full‑time position leverages extensive project planning experience to guide teams, ensure quality compliance, and support the successful delivery of architectural and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project planning activities and monitor progress against schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and relevant construction and architectural regulations.
• Conduct operational reviews and provide strategic guidance to project teams.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering efficient workflows and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with consultants and architects to align project objectives with technical requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in strategic project planning and execution.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong background in technical analysis and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
• Commitment to quality, safety, and meeting deadlines.
