Revenue Director

About the role

The Revenue Director leads the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, using data‑driven insights to position the property competitively in the local market. You will guide the Revenue team in day‑to‑day operations while shaping long‑term plans that support the hotel’s financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and present financial data to senior leadership to support informed business decisions.
• Lead and develop the Revenue team, overseeing daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Investigate yield exemptions, identify new business opportunities, and minimise risk.
• Gather and analyse market statistics, yield information, and trends to forecast demand.
• Prepare and maintain a three‑month market segment outlook, monitoring actual results versus forecast.
• Complete month‑end reports and outline risks related to room availability.
• Record and analyse refused, lost, cancelled, and wait‑listed business for guest rooms and conference spaces.
• Ensure the team stays updated on processes, policies, and promotions.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff performance in line with company policies.

Required profile
