Robotics Technician – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

Alignerr is looking for remote Robotics Technicians to help train the next generation of intelligent robots. You will capture short videos of everyday tasks performed in your home or workspace, providing real‑world data that teaches AI‑powered robots how to interact with objects and environments.

Key responsibilities

• Record video of yourself performing common household or workplace tasks following detailed guidelines.
• Ensure proper camera angles, task sequences, and environment setup for each recording.
• Capture natural interactions with everyday objects, surfaces, and spaces.
• Upload completed recordings and complete simple metadata forms.
• Maintain consistent recording quality across sessions to deliver high‑value training data.
• Work independently on a fully asynchronous schedule.

Required profile

• Access to a smartphone or any camera capable of recording video.
• Comfortable following detailed instructions and applying them consistently.
• Willingness to record in your home, apartment, or personal workspace.
• Reliable internet connection for uploading video files.
• Self‑motivated and dependable when working independently.
• No robotics, AI, or technical background required.
