Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, execution‑focused Project Manager to support an early‑stage music technology startup. You will drive operational systems, streamline workflows, and ensure cross‑functional teams stay aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion or Monday.com and maintain a single source of truth for timelines and workflows.
• Manage daily and weekly sprint cycles, coordinate priorities across teams and proactively identify risks or blockers.
• Drive accountability across departments, conduct regular follow‑ups and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Oversee daily check‑ins, monitor communication channels (Slack, Google Workspace) and ensure smooth coordination of ongoing initiatives.
• Attend meetings, capture action items and ensure timely follow‑through, providing status updates to leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations or startup coordination.
• Strong experience with agile workflows and remote team coordination.
• Ability to create structure, documentation and scalable processes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can anticipate and resolve operational bottlenecks.
