About the role

Advansys is looking for a mid-level RPA Developer II to join its Business Automation team. The role involves developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions with automation tools and frameworks, working closely with business analysts to understand process requirements and improve automation efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Develop automation workflows and test RPA solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing processes through automation
Manage incidents, support requests and production issues within agreed SLAs

Required profile

2-3 years of experience in RPA development or automation
Production support, troubleshooting and monitoring of automation solutions
Experience with databases, APIs, document understanding and basic IT/infrastructure concepts
Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise automation environments
Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes; RPA tool or UiPath certification preferred

Required skills

UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
RPA concepts, workflow troubleshooting, exception handling and issue resolution
Basic scripting or programming such as Python or PowerShell
