About the role
The Sales Account Manager will be based in New Cairo and will serve as the primary point of contact for educational institutions and faculty learners using Innovera’s EdTech solutions. The role focuses on nurturing existing accounts, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts in the education sector.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Generate and qualify new leads to expand the customer base.
- Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and support.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of proven experience meeting sales targets and generating leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus.
