Sales Advisor - Children's Fashion

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is hiring a Sales Advisor (Fashion Advisor) for its October and Hadayek El-Ahram branches. The advisor creates a welcoming shopping experience for families, offers styling advice for children's outfits and acts as a brand ambassador, driving sales while keeping the store's image and every visit memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding store KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV, customer retention) and recommend add-ons such as shoes, accessories and seasonal collections
• Support promotions, campaigns and seasonal launches, and stay up to date with kids' fashion trends
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintain a professional appearance and ensure displays, mannequins and merchandising follow brand guidelines
• Process sales accurately and handle returns and exchanges according to company policy
• Assist with receiving, organizing and replenishing stock, and carry out regular stock checks
• Maintain a tidy, safe and child-friendly store, including fitting rooms, displays and play corners

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Age up to 30 years; any gender
• Good English

Required skills

• Knowledge of kids' fashion trends, fabrics and seasonal collections, and sizing standards for children's wear
• Understanding of retail KPIs (UPT, ATV, conversion rate, sales targets)
• Upselling and cross-selling, and customer follow-up by call, message or CRM tools
• Stock rotation, display techniques and color coordination
