Sales Consultant - Mercedes-Benz

About the role

As a Senior Sales Consultant for Mercedes‑Benz, you will deliver a premium luxury experience to customers while driving both personal and team sales performance. The role requires a consultative selling style, deep product knowledge, and a passion for the Mercedes‑Benz brand.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and certified pre‑owned vehicles.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing the deal.
• Promote financial services, trade‑in programs and value‑added products to support deal closure.
• Provide personalized customer experiences aligned with Mercedes‑Benz brand values.
• Conduct needs analysis, recommend suitable models and configurations, and oversee test drives and product demonstrations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the entire Mercedes‑Benz model range, features, technologies and pricing.
• Update customer data and activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads from showroom traffic, digital channels, events and referrals.
• Collaborate with product experts, finance advisors and delivery teams for seamless handover.
• Mentor junior sales team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with premium or luxury brands.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Professional appearance and behaviour.
