About the role
The Sales Effectiveness Specialist drives sales performance by creating and monitoring coverage plans, identifying execution gaps, and ensuring continuous improvement across the sales organisation. This role aligns sales activities with business targets, enhances data accuracy, and supports data‑driven decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the SE Area Manager to set and achieve sales targets and develop coverage plans that maximise market reach.
- Track sales team KPIs, identify performance gaps and design corrective action plans.
- Support project sizing, pipeline tracking and reporting to ensure reliable forecasting.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data, clean port‑count records and generate regular reporting dashboards.
- Monitor monthly performance of Admins and BDRs, providing feedback to improve productivity.
- Develop a holistic customer view to spot coverage or service gaps and drive initiatives that boost customer engagement.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of sales operations, pipeline management and administrative workflows.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to plan, execute and monitor initiatives.
- Strategic planning expertise for coverage optimisation and resource allocation.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, spotting trends and delivering actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem‑solving attitude.
