Sales Effectiveness Specialist

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is the leading online marketplace for buying and selling in the region, part of the Dubizzle Group which has five brands and more than 123 million monthly users. As a Sales Effectiveness Specialist in New Cairo City, you will support the Sales Effectiveness team by booking meetings, monitoring CRM reports, running quality assurance activities and tracking KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the CRM reporting platform, ensure data accuracy and prepare comprehensive analytical reports.
• Carry out quality assurance, including follow-ups on meetings and sales activities, verification of client interactions and accuracy of sales reports, especially for large and enterprise accounts.
• Track KPIs for the sales team and individual agents and give insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
• Provide detailed reports and analysis to management to support decision-making and continuous improvement in sales quality.
• Train and support Sales Quality Assurance Executives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong analytical experience.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and sales operations.
• Attention to detail, proactive and self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and extracting reports for performance tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
