Senior Sales Account Manager - Dubizzle Cars

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, part of the Dubizzle Group, is a leading marketplace for buying and selling online in the region. As Senior Sales Account Manager for Dubizzle Cars, you will acquire new clients, manage client relationships and develop and implement sales plans, contributing to increased revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business development plans by contacting the lead database by phone, face-to-face, cold calling business owners, direct mail, email and networking
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs on value and volume
• Manage client expectations so they receive a great Dubizzle experience in cars
• Sell value-added products and subscriptions to new and expired or cancelled accounts
• Train clients, give regular performance reviews and reports, and keep the reporting dashboard updated with car sales activity
• Liaise with Finance, customer support, legal and marketing on sales and client issues in the automotive market
• Gather automotive market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive sales market
• Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients
• Start-up and online platform experience is a plus

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of the automotive market in Egypt
• Customer service and negotiation skills
• Good sales ability and patience in engaging customers
