About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to bridge our advanced engineering solutions with industrial clients in the oil, gas and energy sectors. The role combines technical expertise with proactive B2B sales to drive growth across mechanical, electrical and lubricants product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead B2B sales initiatives targeting industrial clients in oil, gas and energy.
• Provide technical support and consultation, demonstrating product applications in lubricants and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Develop and execute outdoor sales strategies to expand market reach.
• Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring long‑term client satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition and new distribution opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams for seamless product delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to company profitability.

Required profile

• 2–7 years of experience in technical sales or engineering within the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of petroleum, mechanical or mechatronics engineering concepts.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and develop B2B relationships.
• Passion for sales and a proactive, client‑focused attitude.
