Sales Manager – CNS Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy for our Central Nervous System (CNS) portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure the sales team delivers high performance across territories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for CNS products.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Medical Representatives and Area Managers, aligning their activities with business objectives.
• Track and analyze total sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify best‑selling products and focus on maximizing their market penetration.
• Analyze sales data across zones, territories, and distributors to spot gaps and growth potential.
• Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to evaluate team effectiveness.
• Ensure optimal territory coverage and resource allocation for maximum productivity.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for senior management.
• Maintain full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in pharmaceutical sales, specifically with CNS products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
