About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values. This role is responsible for developing and executing market strategies to expand the customer base for concrete products.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to meet sales goals and profitability.
- Prepare action plans for individuals and the team to generate sales leads and prospects.
- Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Create, develop and implement marketing plans.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management on performance.
- Deliver accurate, competitive pricing on prospect applications while maintaining profit margins.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
- Create and conduct proposal presentations.
- Assist Account Executives in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Control sales and marketing expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, risk assessments, and environmental regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture engineering.
- 10+ years of sales experience in concrete products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
