Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of our sales strategy within the freight forwarding sector. Reporting directly to top management, this role is responsible for expanding the customer base, maintaining key accounts, and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Expand the customer base and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Customer Service to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed company sales targets on a consistent basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a freight forwarding company or shipping line.
• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics services.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Existing customer portfolio is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
