Sales Manager

About the role

Morgans Originals is launching its first hotel in Egypt and seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead revenue generation across corporate, group and leisure segments. You will shape the sales strategy, nurture key accounts and work closely with marketing and revenue teams to maximise occupancy and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the hotel’s revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, group and leisure markets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with major accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure favourable terms while meeting client requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted promotional campaigns.
• Work with revenue management to optimise pricing, inventory and distribution strategies.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for senior management.
• Manage departmental budgets, analyse financial data and ensure accurate billing and collections.

Required profile

• Minimum three years (36 months) of sales experience in the hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and achieve revenue goals.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
