Sales Representative – Customer Service & Quotation

About the role

The Sales Representative will handle inbound customer inquiries across WhatsApp, phone and social media, understand project requirements and provide accurate quotations. The role involves coordinating with design and production teams, following up leads and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media and other sales channels.
• Collect project information, prepare and send quotations.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for technical input.
• Negotiate and close sales within pricing guidelines and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of customers and sales activities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp for business communication.
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to learn technical information about 3D printing services.
