Sales Representative - Kept Cairo Booth

About the role

Kept Cairo is looking for a Sales Representative for its on-site booth in New Cairo, Cairo. The role is full time and on site, facing customers directly and acting as the face of the brand. It suits ambitious students or recent graduates, and welcomes candidates with 0-2 years of experience in sales, retail or customer-facing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically, understand their needs and present products and services
• Work towards and achieve daily and weekly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns
• Build product knowledge so you can explain features, benefits and value propositions
• Maintain an organized, attractive and welcoming booth environment

Required profile

• Students or recent graduates; no specific degree required, but studies in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field are valued
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, retail or customer-facing roles
• Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn

Required skills

• Sales and customer service, with a passion for achieving sales targets
• Communication, interpersonal and active listening skills
• Product presentation and negotiation skills (basic or willingness to develop)
