Sales & Schengen Visa Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Schengen Visa File Officer to join our team. You will sell our visa file preparation service and prepare Schengen visa files for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Talk to clients, explain the service clearly and close the sale.
• Review client documents such as bank statements, employment letters, invitations, hotel and flight bookings, and travel history.
• Identify missing documents, weak points and contradictions before the client applies.
• Organise the file exactly as required by the embassy.
• Prepare the client for the interview by outlining expected questions and answers.
• Provide honest advice; if the file is weak, recommend postponing the application.
• Follow up after submission and keep all records updated.
• Achieve the monthly sales target.

Required profile

• Experience preparing Schengen visa files (required).
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Excellent Arabic (spoken and written) and good English.
• French is a plus.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, email, online forms).
• Ability to work from our office in Giza, Egypt.
