Sales Supervisor – Fulfillment & Courier Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our fulfillment and courier services sales efforts across Egypt. The role focuses on acquiring e‑commerce, SME and corporate clients and delivering tailored logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting e‑commerce companies, SMEs and large corporates requiring parcel delivery and fulfillment services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Design customized logistics offerings, including warehousing, inventory management and last‑mile delivery.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers to position our services ahead of competitors.
• Monitor market trends in the Egyptian courier sector and propose innovative sales initiatives.
• Lead, coach and motivate a sales team specialized in logistics sales techniques.
• Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics sales, specifically in courier and fulfillment solutions.
• Strong network and proven track record in Egypt’s logistics and shipping market.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
