Salesforce Software Engineer

About the role

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer to join its CRM team in Cairo. You will design, develop, and integrate business systems that empower users and streamline processes while collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the CRM team and product owners to capture requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Develop, deploy, and integrate Salesforce applications that improve user efficiency and reduce reliance on IT.
• Identify, support, and implement CRM solutions across the organization to ensure consistent business process execution.
• Continuously optimize system performance, cost‑effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, external vendors, and service providers as needed.
• Report to the Sr. IT Manager, CRM SFDC, and maintain strong relationships with technical and business partners.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a very good grade.
• Experience in Salesforce development and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with DevOps and automated testing tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Copado, or Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, relational databases (SQL), and object‑oriented programming, especially Apex.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
