Salesperson – Construction Materials

About the role

The Salesperson will work on‑site in Giza for Bnaia.com, an online marketplace for construction and finishing materials. You will interact directly with contractors, retailers and end‑consumers, promoting a wide product range and recommending solutions that match their project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in and referred clients, understand their requirements and present suitable products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and prepare accurate price quotations.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders and quotations.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Collect market feedback to help improve product offerings and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a record of meeting targets.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and relationship‑building skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction and finishing materials or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple leads.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and familiarity with e‑commerce platforms.
• Ability to work on‑site in Giza and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Previous experience in sales, retail or construction materials is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree is beneficial.
