SAP Functional Supervisor / Manager

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is recruiting an SAP Functional Supervisor/Manager for one of its partners in the information technology and services industry. The role is a strategic and technical leadership position overseeing a team of SAP consultants and ensuring the successful implementation, maintenance and optimisation of SAP solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of SAP professionals, guide project execution and act as the main point of contact for SAP escalations.
• Oversee end-to-end SAP projects from requirements gathering to deployment, and manage upgrades, implementations and rollouts across modules (Taxation and revenue management, FICA and Case Management).
• Ensure system stability, security and performance, troubleshoot issues and optimise processes and workflows.
• Develop the long-term SAP strategy, identify automation and integration opportunities, and stay current with SAP product releases.
• Work with business leaders to turn their needs into SAP solutions that meet compliance standards, and facilitate user training and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field; a Master's is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience with SAP systems and 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of successful SAP project management, including full implementations and system upgrades.
• Experience in change management and process improvement within SAP environments.

Required skills

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, TRM, FICA and Case Management modules.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with other enterprise systems is preferred.
• Understanding of tax laws and legislations, Egyptian tax law and IFRS.
• Consulting experience preferred.

Work setup: hybrid model with one remote day and four on-site days, two days off on Friday and Saturday.
