SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to lead Employee Central (EC) and Time Management implementations. The role involves configuring core HR processes, integrating payroll solutions, and supporting multi‑country deployments for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Employee Central organizational structures, job architecture, position management and employee lifecycle processes.
• Implement and customize SuccessFactors Time Management, covering time tracking, attendance, work schedules, shifts, overtime and related business rules.
• Integrate Employee Central, Time Management and SAP Payroll, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end HR data flows.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, user guides and training materials.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot issues and deliver functional guidance to business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors consulting experience with strong expertise in Employee Central and Time Management.
• Proven experience in large‑scale, multi‑country SuccessFactors implementations or transformation programs.
• Ability to work across the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post‑go‑live support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
