Sector Sales Manager – Electrical Products

About the role

ElectraTec for Electric Industries is looking for an experienced Sector Sales Manager to lead the sales of low‑voltage and medium‑voltage electrical products in Egypt. You will develop strategies, grow market share, and manage key customer relationships across governmental, industrial, commercial, infrastructure and utility sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the assigned business sector.
• Achieve annual sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities in governmental, industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and utility sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, distributors, and end users.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales engineers.
• Review technical and commercial proposals before submission.
• Participate in major tender negotiations and contract discussions.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and project management to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, technical seminars, and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in low‑voltage electrical product sales.
• At least 5 years in a managerial sales position.
• Proven track record selling low‑voltage switchboards, ring‑main units, and related equipment.
