Security Officer

About the role

The Security Officer will join the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo team to protect guests, staff and property. This position involves daily security operations within a luxury hospitality environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including public areas, back‑of‑house zones and guest rooms.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to alarms or incidents.
• Control access points, verify identification and manage visitor registration.
• Investigate and document security incidents, preparing detailed reports for management.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Provide assistance during emergencies, including evacuation procedures and first‑aid response.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats and ensure guest confidence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality security.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Commitment to Four Seasons’ standards of service excellence.
