About the role
The Seller Support Associate is the primary point of contact between Amazon and its marketplace sellers. Working in a fast‑paced contact centre, you will provide timely, accurate assistance to sellers worldwide, handling inquiries in English and Arabic and ensuring a high‑quality experience for both sellers and Amazon customers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clear, professional written and verbal communication to sellers.
- Handle phone and email cases in a metric‑driven environment, meeting service level agreements.
- Use Amazon‑approved translation tools to support sellers in multiple languages.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, and Payments.
- Develop platform knowledge, create internal documentation, and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain performance metrics including quality, productivity, first‑contact resolution, and attendance.
- Provide support during flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of experience driving process improvements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English (Arabic preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
