Senior Architect Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect Site Engineer (Fit‑Out Engineer) to lead on‑site execution of fit‑out projects, ensuring that designs are accurately implemented, materials are efficiently managed, and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all fit‑out works on‑site, ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to the schedule.
• Coordinate daily site activities with architects, designers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings for feasibility and communicate requirements to site teams.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between plans and on‑site conditions.
• Monitor material requirements, coordinate procurement, and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, safety compliance and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, maintain project documentation and records of approvals.
• Address site issues promptly, collaborating with engineers and contractors to find technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proven ability to manage daily fit‑out activities on‑site.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes and resource utilization.
• Experience ensuring work meets design specifications, industry standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to identify and resolve on‑site technical and coordination challenges efficiently.
