Senior Architectural Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Design Engineer to lead the creation of high‑quality design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings across a range of projects. The role combines creative vision with technical expertise, ensuring that designs meet client expectations, budgets, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, and deliver architectural design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings.
• Guide, review, and mentor junior and mid‑level architects, fostering a collaborative design environment.
• Present design proposals to clients, gather feedback, and align projects with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee preparation of working drawings, specifications, and tender packages, ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and site engineering teams for seamless design integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
• 8+ years of proven architectural design experience, preferably in a consulting or design firm.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing abilities.
• Knowledge of local building codes and sustainable design principles (LEED a plus).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM).
• Expert use of AutoCAD.
• 3D modeling with 3ds Max and V‑Ray.
• Modeling and visualization using Rhino.
• Graphic design with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
