Senior Associate - S&M Digital Marketing

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Senior Associate in Sales & Marketing (S&M) for its digital marketing function. The role covers developing, executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across online channels, managing social media and reporting on performance. It is based in Egypt, with a standard work shift.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement.
• Manage social media platforms and create content that engages target audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams so digital marketing strategies align with broader marketing objectives.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the implementation of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, techniques and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or Sales, or a Master's in Marketing.
• Certified Digital Marketing Professional (Digital Marketing Institute).
• HubSpot Content Marketing certification (HubSpot Academy).
• Upper-intermediate English (B2).
