Senior Associate - Stock Control

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with over 10 owned brands and more than 950 stores across the Middle East, is hiring a Senior Associate for its Supply Chain & Logistics department in Cairo. The role supports efficient stock flow, accuracy and availability so that sales performance is supported while stock risks are minimised.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels across stores and warehouses
• Monitor stock movements (inbound, outbound, transfers)
• Monitor and execute inter-store transfers to balance stock across locations
• Follow up on store replenishment and allocations to ensure timely availability
• Distribute the right stock according to store performance and demand
• Track and follow up on purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on stock matters

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Proactive follow-up and coordination skills

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (mandatory)
• Oracle (nice to have)
