Senior Auditor

About the role

MBCC Egypt is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to lead internal and financial audit assignments across various departments and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal and financial audit assignments, reviewing accounting records, transactions, and supporting documents.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare audit plans, working papers, findings, and detailed reports.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure implementation of recommendations.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Perform analytical reviews and investigate unusual transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal or financial audit, preferably in cement, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and auditing principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CMA are an advantage.
• Resident of Beni Suef.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
