Senior B2C Sales Engineer – Designs & Finishing

About the role

NoVi Designs & Finishing is seeking a results‑driven Senior B2C Sales Engineer to lead residential design and finishing sales in Cairo. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge with proven B2C sales expertise to generate leads, manage pipelines and close projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2C sales strategies for interior design, finishing and renovation projects.
• Conduct cold‑calling and proactive outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Build, maintain and update a sales pipeline, tracking each stage from prospect to closure.
• Present design solutions, prepare quotations and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation, closing and handover to project teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of B2C sales experience in design, interior finishing, fit‑out or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated success selling residential design and finishing solutions directly to homeowners.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation and client acquisition.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
• Engineering or technical background preferred.
