Senior Business Intelligence Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to turn complex data into actionable insights, supporting finance, operations and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and reports using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows to increase efficiency.
• Build and maintain data models, reporting structures and analytical solutions for financial and operational reporting.
• Translate business requirements into impactful visualisation solutions.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure governance compliance.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide actionable insights and support continuous improvement.
• Document reporting logic, data models and analytical processes while promoting best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis or reporting roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience building interactive dashboards and data visualisations.
• Understanding of data governance, KPI development and reporting best practices.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps and Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred.
• Professional English proficiency (B2/C1 or above).
