Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the role

The Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist will lead the design, management and continuous improvement of Al Marasem Group’s total rewards programs. The role ensures that compensation and benefits are competitive, compliant and aligned with business objectives to attract and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analyses to support salary reviews, promotions and adjustments.
• Manage employee benefits programs, evaluate existing plans and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies; update policies as regulations change.
• Prepare regular reports and cost models for HR leadership and finance, supporting strategic decisions.
• Provide guidance to HR business partners and managers on compensation queries and communicate total‑reward programs to employees.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Payroll to align rewards with performance and retention strategies.
• Support HRIS implementation and maintain accurate compensation and benefits data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (HR certifications a plus).
• 4–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a structured HR environment.
• Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, job evaluation methods and benefits design.
