Senior Contracts and Claims Engineer

About the role

Concrete Plus is seeking a Senior Contracts and Claims Engineer to lead the full lifecycle of contracts management for its construction projects in New Cairo. You will ensure contractual alignment with project goals, mitigate risks, and protect the company’s interests through proactive claim handling.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, administer, and close-out contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and manage potential claims and disputes, developing resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams, legal advisors, and clients to communicate contractual obligations clearly.
• Conduct risk assessments related to contracts and claims, implementing mitigation plans.
• Provide expert advice on contractual matters to project managers and senior leadership.
• Develop and implement best practices in contracts and claims management within the construction sector.
