Senior Contracts Manager (Engineering Background) - North Coast Based

About the role

The Senior Contracts Manager will lead the formation, negotiation and administration of all contracts required for the SouthMed program, covering construction, infrastructure, utilities, wave‑breaker, coastal developments, artificial bays and marina projects on Egypt's North Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer contract documents from tender through close‑out, including variations and issue resolution.
• Lead review and assessment of claims, disputes and variations, interacting with client representatives, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare commercial terms for design, engineering and construction services and ensure contractual consistency.
• Administer ongoing contracts, investigate problems, recommend corrective actions and maintain all required warranties, bonds and insurances.
• Lead tendering processes, negotiate contracts to agreement and manage contract close‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of contract management experience in engineering, construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience on large‑scale residential, mixed‑use and real‑estate development projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, EPC and other international contract standards.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS, PMP or CCM are a plus.
