About the role
CID Consulting is looking for a Senior Data & BI Engineer in Cairo to design and deliver modern data, analytics and BI solutions that turn enterprise data into trusted insights.
Key responsibilities
- Understand business reporting and analytics requirements.
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines from different data sources.
- Clean, transform and validate data.
- Design data models, KPIs and semantic layers.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Support data quality, governance and documentation.
- Work with business users so reports are useful and adopted.
Required profile
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Preferred: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake or similar.
- Preferred: DP-600 and/or DP-700 certification.
Required skills
- SQL, data modelling, ETL/ELT, Power BI, DAX and Power Query.
- Data warehouses, lake-houses, pipelines, semantic models and data quality.
