Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Gradion is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate its multi‑region cloud platforms. You will work with international teams to ensure high availability, security and performance of services that support fast‑growing digital businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and scale multi‑region AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform or Pulumi, targeting 99.9 % uptime.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE), focusing on autoscaling, resource efficiency and security hardening.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins to enable seamless production releases.
• Implement observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) for monitoring, logging and alerting.
• Apply “Shift‑Left” security practices, handling IAM, VPC networking, secret management (Vault) and compliance.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis and disaster‑recovery planning following SRE principles.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineering in production environments.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Proven ability to design, automate and operate large‑scale systems under pressure.
