Senior Document Controller

About the role

The Senior Document Controller will work on‑site in Qesm El Nozha, overseeing the creation, organization, tracking and archiving of project documentation for multiple construction and fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain document registers, enforce version control and ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate the flow of documents between project teams, consultants and clients, and prepare regular reports and documentation summaries.
• Implement and sustain document management systems, support project managers with accurate records, and train team members on documentation procedures.

Required profile

• Strong experience with document management systems and tools in construction, fit‑out or engineering environments.
• Proven ability to manage records, archiving, retrieval and compliance with organizational standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with project teams, stakeholders and external partners.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
