Senior Electrical Design Engineer – Transmission & Distribution

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) engineering team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality electrical design documentation for infrastructure and substation projects, ensuring compliance with project standards and consultant requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and obtain consultant approval for all drawings, documentation, and records before use.
• Analyze design drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare and review electrical design deliverables in line with project standards.
• Provide technical documents (drawings, manuals, instructions) to the construction team.
• Support site activities by proposing and implementing technical modifications with consultant approval.
• Offer ongoing technical support throughout project execution.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• 5–7 years of experience in electrical design, preferably on infrastructure or substation projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical design principles and substation infrastructure.
