Senior Electrical Production Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Production Engineer to support the Production Manager in achieving production targets and delivery schedules. The role focuses on overseeing the assembly of MV electrical panels and switchgear while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and follow up on the production and assembly of MV electrical panels and switchgear according to approved plans.
• Review electrical drawings, single line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts to ensure correct assembly.
• Coordinate with Design, Quality, Procurement, and Testing teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality, productivity, and timely completion, and prepare progress reports.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in LV or MV electrical panel production/manufacturing.
• Manufacturing background, preferably in electrical panels or switchgear.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
