Plant Manager – Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) Production Facility

About the role
The Plant Manager will act as the site executive for Holw El Sham’s IQF production facility in 6th of October, overseeing profit and loss, capital expenditure, safety culture and high‑volume cold‑chain execution.
Key responsibilities
- Drive facility KPIs, manage COGS and multi‑million EGP operating budgets, and lead raw material supply chains.
- Oversee industrial‑scale refrigeration systems (Ammonia, CO2, Cryogenics), automated sorting lines and plant‑wide preventative maintenance programs.
- Maintain full audit‑readiness for regulatory standards and ensure OSHA‑compliant workplace safety.
Required profile
- 15–20 years of senior cold‑chain management experience.
- Strong background in engineering, food science or lean manufacturing frameworks such as Six Sigma and TPM.
Required skills
- Ammonia (NH3) refrigeration systems.
- CO2 refrigeration systems.
- Cryogenic refrigeration.
- Automated sorting equipment.
- Preventative Maintenance (PM) processes.
- Six Sigma methodology.
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
