Senior Fashion Advisor - Children's Wear

About the role

The Senior Fashion Advisor at Pink & Blue Kids Wear delivers a family-friendly shopping experience and drives store performance. Beyond giving expert styling advice for children's outfits, the advisor mentors junior team members, supports the Store Manager and builds strong relationships with parents and repeat customers. The role calls for advanced product knowledge, strong sales skills and the ability to represent the brand's caring, colorful and stylish identity.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and performance: consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to store KPIs (UPT, ATV, conversion rate, retention); lead by example in upselling and cross-selling accessories, footwear and seasonal collections; support management in analysing sales reports and suggest actions; take part in promotions, new collection launches and in-store events.
• Leadership and team support: mentor and coach junior advisors on styling, customer service and sales; support the Store Manager with floor supervision and staff motivation; share knowledge of kids' fashion trends, fabrics and product benefits; encourage teamwork.
• Brand representation and merchandising: act as an ambassador for Pink & Blue; ensure high standards of visual merchandising and child-friendly displays; give input on displays and styling.
• Operations: oversee accurate POS transactions, returns and exchanges; support stock management (receiving, replenishment, stock counts); keep the store clean, safe and welcoming; comply with company policies and child-safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Age up to 30 years.
• Good English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of kids' fashion trends, fabrics and seasonal collections.
• Understanding of sizing standards for children's wear.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs (UPT, ATV, conversion rate, sales targets).
• Upselling and cross-selling, and follow-up with customers by call, message or CRM tools.
• Stock rotation, display techniques and color coordination.
