Senior Finance Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Accounting Manager to lead our accounting function in Qesm El Maadi. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with applicable standards and internal policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis cycles, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Supervise the accounting team, review journal entries, reconciliations and manage cash‑flow reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance.
• Implement and enhance financial controls and support process automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on financial planning and performance management.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing end‑to‑end finance and accounting operations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, CA or CMA preferred.
• Excellent people‑management skills, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience in the education or training sector and exposure to multi‑location or international operations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools.
